Dave Richards is a Certified Business Broker (CBI) and a licensed California Real Estate Broker with a comprehensive background in Business Sales, Mergers & Acquisitions, Marketing, and Operations Management. Dave started his business brokerage career in the middle of 2003 selling businesses for one of the largest business brokerage firms in the world. At the end of 2004, he started KeyStone Business Brokers with the objective of continuing to assist small business owners in the sale of their business as well as specialize in companies that are valued between $1 million to $20 million. Dave prides himself in being able to assist buyers and sellers in coming up with win-win solutions and strongly believes the best approach is to be honest and straightforward with everyone involved. Prior to becoming a business broker, Dave had a successful 10-year career at leading semiconductor equipment manufacturer. Dave held various management positions in Marketing, Project Management and Materials Management. Dave has an MBA in Business Management from Pepperdine University as well as a BS in both Real Estate and Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University.

Greg is a licensed real estate sales agent with over 25 years business experience. Greg brings a unique combination of business and legal experience and knowledge to Keystone. He not only has an MBA from UCLA, but a law degree from Loyola Marymount Univerity. He has worked at and consulted with start-up companies such as Amgen at its infancy; mid-size companies such as Amada America, Inc.; and Fortune 500 companies such as Johnson and Johnson. As an attorney he has helped create and formulate companies such as Biosource International, Inc. This experience and knowledge provides Greg with the ability to best analyze and situate a company for sale. He also has a strong base of qualified business buyers. Greg is a Vietnam era veterean and has lived in the conejo valley for over 5 years. He is a member of the Thousand Oaks chamber of commerce.

Dan Pollock is a licensed real estate sales agent with a comprehensive education and background in business at all levels. Dan's love of technology and his analytical skills led him to obtain his bachelors degree in electronic engineering from CSUN and a career in computer engineering. Opportunities to move into management came quickly and he found running a business at the corporate level for Fortune 500 companies such as Teradyne, Siemens, and Shell very challenging. Dan went on to obtain his MBA from Pepperdine University and continued his management career while establishing his own highly successful consulting firm, Creative Business Solutions. Consulting with businesses of various types and sizes led him to business brokering, which allows him to use his experience, education and genuine enthusiasm for business to further serve his clients. Dans focus is always about giving the best possible service to his clients in the San Fernando and the Conejo Valleys. Dan has been a Westlake Village resident since 1987.

Mark Richard is a licensed California real estate sales agent with over 15 years experience in the consumer products industry. Before becoming a business broker, Mark built his career in strategic brand marketing and product development, having worked in both direct response and traditional retail channels. He has successfully launched dozens of health, beauty and fitness products and line extensions. Before his career in consumer products, Mark was a producer and general manager of Broadway and off-Broadway plays and musicals in New York, on tour and in Los Angeles. Conejo Valley parents may also recognize Mark from his work on the field and on the court as a football, baseball and basketball official in numerous youth and high school leagues in the area. He has an MFA from the Yale School of Drama and a BA from Brown University.

Rick Faulise is a licensed California real estate sales agent with over 25 years business management experience. Before joining Keystone, Rick was a franchise consultant with FranNet, an International Franchise Consulting Firm. Rick is a former franchise owner operating a specialty coffee house in Santa Clarita Valley. Prior to owning his business, Rick held a number of key executive positions with HealthNet and Blue Cross & Blue Shield. His previous business expertise focused on customer service and operations. Rick received his MBA in Business Management from Quinnipiac University and a BS in Business Administration from Post College, Waterbury, CT. Rick relocated to Simi Valley in 2001 and previously lived in CT for over 20 years.
